1. Company registration and login

In this section you can create your own company profile by filling in a simple registration form where you will be asked for your access data to the system as a recruiter and company information.

Once filled in the form you will receive an automatic system email containing the data to access your company profile.

For subsequent access, simply enter your credentials directly on the login page.

2. Create a new video session

Once you have logged in to your company area you can create a new interview session to which you can invite one or more candidates. You can assign a title to the session (usually the job you are searching for), provide a description – which will then be visible to the candidate – and enter the questions to be submitted to the candidate (in writing or by recording a video). It will then be sufficient to enter the email addresses of the candidates you wish to interview and by clicking on “Create” the system will send an invitation to the contacts inserted the video interview.

3. Open sessions

In this section you can find all the open video interview sessions, with details of the total number of candidates who have been invited to take the video interviews (and how many of them have already answered), and the closing days of the session. The system allows you to download the summary of each session, add new candidates and solicit those who have not yet completed. Once the session will be closed it will be automatically saved in the archive for the archiving time selected when creating the session.

4. Evaluate and select

In the “open session” section you can view all the video interviews made by the candidates. By clicking on the title of the session you have access to the details; to view the video interviews, simply click on the individual video and start playback. It is possible to evaluate the profile through a star system (from 1 to 5) and/or leaving a written comment; once saved, the evaluation will be stored in the system. The platform also provides the possibility to share the video interviews externally by sending a simple link.
